The space
Arranged on 2 levels, this large 190 m2 family house is located in the Domaine de la Forêt in Pyla sur Mer, close to the beaches and the Moulleau and Abatilles.
Featuring a large front terrace, equipped with a large table and chairs, deckchairs, garden furniture, Weber barbecue, the villa opens onto a fully fenced 1000 m2 garden and consists of:
On the ground floor:
An entrance with closet, serving an independent toilet with hand-washing sink, a fully equipped kitchen with new and high-end appliances (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, induction cooktop...), pantry on the back and a large living room in the lounge and dining room open by 3 French windows on the large terrace.
On the same level are 3 double bedrooms
- A double bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and closets with its private shower room and toilet (70 x 70 cm shower tray).
- Two double bedrooms with large beds (one with a 160 x 200 cm bed and one with a 140 x 200 cm bed) and closets, connecting to the same shared bathroom.
On the ground floor (independent outdoor entrance, no direct access to the 2 levels):

- A double bedroom with a large bed (160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe.

The house has a fireplace but it won't be usable by guests.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
Other things to note
Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats, and dish towels are provided for any stay of 7 nights or more, and the beds are made. For any shorter duration, we offer the same products in a textile pack at 15 euros per person. They will be placed in the relevant rooms (beds not made). Guests can also bring their own linens. The pack is paid for when guests check in.
