The space
Rustic jungle inspired yet cozy. Basically you got everything here. Easy to access via public transportation, taxi and grab.

Wifi - we have starlink with 100+ mbps speed perfect for work from home set up.

Netflix - you can watch all your favorite series with our Android TV. Netflix access already provided.

Outdoor Bathtub & Shower - this is the highlight of this unit. You can chill all you want with peace.

Tooth Brush, Shampoo, Bath soap, coffee, water are provided.

Other things to note
This is a row house with an open-space jungle concept. As part of the experience, there will be a little bit of natural dust that is easy to remove and a little bit of noise from a few cars that will pass through. There will be some insects since there were lot of plants, we provide spray for the insects in the drawers. There may be small frogs, grasshoppers, and small insects sometimes when there is rain, since its jungle inspired, there were lot of plants that might attract them.

A garbage truck will collect the trash every Wednesday and Saturday.

Wi-Fi is powered by Starlink and depends on satellite signals. There will be fluctuations in signal during rain and gloomy times. Street parking only and is first come first serve basis since it is inside a subdivision.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible, Php 100/Hour.

Please check personal belongings before leaving the unit. Cleaners will be entering the unit after you check out. We will not be liable for lost personal belongings after you leave the unit.

Please take care of the unit as if it’s your house to avoid the penalties 😊
