Come and discover our 65 m² stone cottage, with its 2 bedrooms, its pretty shaded garden, its animals and its large secure swimming pool. Located on the Coiron massif, in the center of the Ardèche, you will be in a quiet area, while being centrally located in relation to typical Ardèche activities (caves, canyoning, farm visits). Change of scenery guaranteed! Sheets and cleaning included, Sunday to Sunday bookings in summer.
The space
Rural stone cottage for a “farm holiday”-type vacation. The cottage stays cool in the event of a heat wave, but it is still equipped with air conditioning and a fan. Animals (ponies, chickens, dog) and an outdoor playground are on site to entertain young and older children while parents enjoy the tranquility and the view of the greenery. The baby equipment is complete. It's a charming house, completely independent from ours; only the large (fenced) swimming pool and the playground are shared with us. The pool is open from the end of May to the end of September, depending on the temperatures.
The 2 bedrooms are independent, each with a toilet and a bathroom (a shower and a bathtub). The living room has a charming pleasant wood stove area in autumn and winter. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. There are 2 private terraces that are not overlooked, one facing south, the other facing east with a view of the private garden. You'll always find shade or sun according to your desires.
Please do not exceed the number of people specified (5 people + 1 baby).

Guests have free access to the pool, garden and full playground.
Other things to note
Apart from our own holidays, we are only on site in the evening and from Saturday noon to Monday evening. At these times, we can take your children to see or brush the ponies.
