Larsen Lake House in Big Bass Lake – Premier Lakefront Escape

Nestled on a peaceful cul-de-sac in the exclusive Big Bass Lake community, Larsen Lake House offers stunning lake views and a blend of luxury and comfort. The home is decorated with an exclusive art collection curated by NYC artist @GDMArt, adding a unique touch to this retreat.

Entertainment Galore
The game room features a gas fireplace, pool table, shuffleboard, wet bar, and a dedicated room for ping pong tournaments. Head outside for more fun with seasonal kayaks, paddleboard, pedal boat, and a rowboat perfect for fishing. Start your day with a run on the treadmill overlooking the lake, or enjoy a sunrise yoga session on the dock.

Comfort & Care
Bedrooms feature high-end mattresses and hypoallergenic duvets and pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. All linens, including beach towels, are thoughtfully provided. A washer, dryer, detergent, iron, and ironing board are also included for your convenience.

Chef's Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is equipped for gatherings, featuring two dishwashers, two full-size ovens, a 9-foot island, and ample pantry space. You'll find an extra refrigerator at the game room wet bar, in addition to the kitchen fridge.

The spacious kitchen boasts two dishwashers, two full-size ovens, a 9 foot island and ample pantry cupboards. In addition to the the refrigerator in the kitchen, there is an also a full-size refrigerator in the game room wet bar.

Guest access
Please enjoy the custom-designed 5,000 sq. ft. of the house and all of the outdoor amenities. There is a utility room and 2 owners closets that are exclusive to the owners.

Other things to note
As part of the Big Bass Lake Association there are many amenities of the community that can be added (for an additional fee) upon arrival. Details are outlined in our digital guest book (shared with confirmed guests). Big Bass Lake currently enforces a limit of 12 guests (including children of all ages) for the duration of your stay. The local requirements also state that you must be 25 or older to rent.

There is plenty of wildlife to enjoy. Depending on the season, you will see deer, herons, geese, ducks, beavers, bears and many other critters. The Big Bass Lake Association asks that you do not feed or interact with the wildlife.
