The beds are made, the towels are waiting for you, and the house is ready to welcome you.
A house with character: a glass roof, beautiful spaces, colorful touches, and smart decor... Where every detail has been chosen to create a soft, elegant, and unique atmosphere.
For your comfort in all seasons, you will enjoy air conditioning❄️, a pellet stove 🪵, a private garage 🚘 and a south-facing terrace ⛱️ that is not overlooked.
At night, we take you on a journey between land and sea.
On the ground floor, the bedroom pays tribute to the Audomar marsh, with a gentle and poetic fresco inspired by the water, nature and landscapes of our beautiful region.
Upstairs, the atmosphere is more sunny, like an escape to the seaside, with a touch of light and Dolce Vita inspiration.
Both bedrooms each have a 160x200 bed from a well-known brand, to offer you truly comfortable and restful nights.
And then there is the terrace…
Imagine yourself in the sun, a morning coffee, a barbecue at the end of the day, or simply a quiet moment, not overlooked.
Facing south, it quickly becomes the perfect place to relax, share a meal, or enjoy the sunny days.

Upon arrival, everything is ready for you to fully enjoy your stay: beds made, towels provided, and everyday essentials available—coffee, tea, condiments, oil, vinegar, jam, spread, tea towels, and paper towels.
In order to offer a lower rate, the cleaning fee is not charged. In return, we simply ask that you leave the premises in a suitable condition upon your departure.
However, an end-of-stay cleaning option for €30 can be offered for those who want an even more carefree stay.

The private garage is included in the stay. For guests with a van or a taller vehicle, a parking solution in a nearby hangar may be offered on request, subject to availability and with a fee.
After your booking, we can also send you our welcome booklet so you can prepare for your stay with peace of mind, with all the useful information for your arrival and our recommended places in the surrounding area.
Notice to young parents 🍼
Upon request, we can also provide some baby equipment: highchair, bathtub, potty, changing table, and suitable dishes.
Convenience stores and supermarkets are just a few minutes away, for a stay that is as convenient as it is pleasant.
To make your stay even more pleasant, we can prepare, on request and with a fee, lovely personalized touches: a bouquet of flowers, an appetizer platter, a meal tray, a few groceries, a note, a pampering box, or a bottle of champagne.
Some equipment can also be provided on request, subject to availability and with a possible fee: raclette machine, waffle iron, griddle

Self check-in is possible, so you can plan your arrival at your own pace.

To preserve the tranquility of the property, the comfort of everyone, and the spirit of the house, parties are not allowed, and no pets are permitted.

You are in the heart of an area that the Tourist Office presents as the “greatest amusement park of all time”: heritage, marshes, nature, history, expertise, and beautiful walks.
From the house, set off to discover the Marais Audomarois, its canals, its small islands, and its bacôve rides. Saint-Omer will also seduce you with its historic center, its cathedral, its recommended places to visit, and its Public Garden.
And to extend your getaway, the sea is about 45 minutes away and Belgium is less than an hour away: perfect for enjoying a variety of activities between nature, the coast, historical sites and cross-border excursions.
