The space
The first thing you see when entering this apartment is the blue sea. It is amazing. You will stay in a south-West oriented corner apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
You enter a spacious living room via the hallway with its fitted wardrobes, a safe and a small desk.
Watch your favourite shows, sports and movies on the 50" Samsung smart HDTV from a comfortable sofa that you can convert into a large bed.
Further, at the sliding windows, you can lounge with a book on the Balinese sunbed or watch what is going on on the paseo.
Relax in the seating area while enjoying the view over the meditteranean sea while sipping a beverage.
Easily prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen with built-in appliances and all the cookware and cutlery you need. Enjoy your culinary creations in the dining area.
Very nice to have is the Grohe " pure" water tap that provides filtered water: no more lugging bottles around
Luxuriate in the comfort of the master bedroom's king-size bed and the convenience of black-out curtains, shutters and ensuite with walk-in shower. Fall into a rejuvenating sleep on the soft matrasses with topper, special memory foam pillows, high-quality bed textiles, duvet and ironed sheets. You will keep cool with the airconditioning or the ceiling ventilator in the bedrooms.
You will find the second bedroom with 2 single beds on the other side of the apartment. You can pull out 2 more single beds. You will have the same comfort as in the other bedroom bacause your sleep is important.

Guest access
You have access to the apartment, the beautifull communial pool and garden, the private road to the beach, the private elevator to the beach, the reception and the restaurant, the free parking in front and around the building.
Reception in the building open 24/7. You can leave your luggage there and use the pool, the garden, the bar (if you arrive early and your apartment is not ready yet).
The pool is open from 15/5 untill 15/10 on specific hours and there is a life guard. The garden with the sunbeds and parasols can allways be used.

Other things to note
The reception is open 24/7 and always staffed so no problem if you should arrive later or during the night.
In case of an early arrival or a late departure, you can leave your luggage at the reception and enjoy the swimming pool, garden, bar or beach.
Linnen and towels are included.
In the garden you have plenty of sunloungers all around.
There is a restaurant and a bar near the pool: breakfast, lunchmenu, drinks are very cheap and food is excellent.
At the reception you can hire a car, bikes, a scootmobile and also ask for a taxi (special rate).
It is possible to host 4 adults and 4 children: please ask for it.
For longer stays (as from 2 weeks) we leave 1 extra change of linnen and towels. Extra cleaning during your stay on availablitiy: 80€.
Beach towel is offered, beachchairs and parasol available.
No parties nor noise at night. Respect the rules of the community.

Torremolinos, Malaga, Spain

The center of Torremolinos is just a short walk away. Closer still are a supermarket and a renowned local bakery, while good restaurants are everywhere around. La Carihuela, an authentic fishing village, is also well worth walking to. There is a private elevator to the promenade and the beach. There you will find masses of restaurants, bars, beach clubs and shops. Very lively area especially in summer.
Torremolinos boasts delicious local restaurants, lively bars, and fun locations like the Water Park and Crocodile Park nearby.
Right across the street you have "the pueblo blanco" with lots of bars and restaurants. It is a very cosy area. Have a coctail at Havanas, go for dinner to the thinn Thai or one of the other restaurants…
To the picturesque marina of Benalmadena, it is an hour's walk on the promenade.
And of course you are also close to Spain's third largest city: Malaga. By train/metro you get there in 20minutes and traffic jam-free. Malaga is a beautiful city. You have the cosy old part but also a beautiful new port. There is also a lot going on in terms of culture. And it is also paradise for shoppers.
I forgot to tell you that the Europs' largest outlet Mc Arthur Glenn and shopping center "plaza Major" is easy to reach by train, just 3 trainstops away.
