La Rajoleria is an old tiled oven of the late 18th century, completely remodeled, it has 3 bedrooms, two with single beds and one with a double bed, a full kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub, the living room, patio with private pool and a large covered by cars and everything is surrounded by a 4000 square meters forest of cork oaks.

The space
Dating back to the 18th Century, La Rajoleria is a wonderful example of a superbly executed stone barn conversion and is located just a 10 minute walk from the centre of town and less than 5km from the delightful coastal beauty spots of Llafranc, Calella and Tamariu. Once a centre for the production of handmade terracotta tiles, evidence of its rich heritage can still be seen in the property’s unique design and characteristic features such as the original brick kiln which is preserved beneath a glass floor off the master bedroom.

The sensitive restoration has respected the charm of the original character whilst ensuring that comfort and convenience is provided throughout. The living/dining room conveniently opens out to a spacious pool area, the south facing aspect of which ensures sunshine throughout the day whilst shade is provided by a long covered pergola.
