Luxury and chic by the sea! Our apartment is on the 1st row of one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Brava in the Bay of Roses. It is located on the edge of the "Lido", which runs along the bay, on the 5th floor facing South/West with the sun from noon until evening. From the terrace the view is exceptional facing the sea. Passionate about decoration, we offer you a bohemian chic atmosphere with all the luxury to feel at home. Two palm-lined swimming pools are available in the residence.

The space
Our 60 m2 apartment is ideal for a couple who appreciate a beautiful, tastefully decorated environment with all the comforts. In Roses (or Rosas in French), in Catalonia, Spain, our apartment is located in a residence by the sea on the front line. At the foot of the apartment is "the Lido", the promenade that runs along the entire Bay of Roses and along the beach. The apartment has a veranda with sea and mountain views. It is 2 km from the Citadel of Roses in Santa Margarida.
The apartment includes an entrance with a large closet (shelves, drawers and wardrobe with hangers), a living room with a sofa, an armchair, a pouf and coffee tables as well as a buffet in a bohemian chic style. The living room is open to the equipped kitchen and a glass wall allows you to have a view of the bedroom. It includes a flat-screen TV with Netflix, Molotov and Prime Video, free Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave/oven/crips (toaster), fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, juicer and blender and everything you need to cook. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed of very good quality, two dressers including one available, a ceiling fan, a flat screen TV with Netflix, Molotov and Prime Video. We have organized a desk area for teleworking. The bathroom has a vanity unit and a large walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine. If you want to travel lighter, we provide towels and linen (tea towels) and all bed linen (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, duvet).

We provide two beach chairs, a shopping cart, a cordless vacuum cleaner and a picnic basket with glasses, plates).

The residence has two large private outdoor pools with shower in a palm tree area that is by the beach.

Near the pool, an outdoor shower is provided for when you return from the beach to avoid bringing sand into the apartment.

On the beach, outdoor showers are available and self-service deckchairs at 7 Euros per day.

Free on-site parking at the foot of the residence is available. All around the residence, in Santa Margarida, parking is free.

The nearest airport, Girona-Costa Brava Airport, is 69 km away.
Close to the center, the apartment is close to all amenities. Markets, restaurants, shops, hypermarkets (Spar, Carrefour, Mercadona, Lidl). We are sporty and everything is done for walking, running, weight training and all this by the water! Roses is a very lively city all year round. There are many cultural events and if you like to go out there are plenty of very nice and trendy places. Roses is very well placed to radiate and get to know the area and some beautiful small villages such as Cadaquès, Bégur, Palamos, Palls, La Bisbal, l'Escala with beautiful beaches and coves.

Other things to note
The bay windows of the apartment's veranda can fully open onto the sea, so it is imperative to never leave the apartment without closing all the bay windows because the weather can change and the wind can pick up which could damage the blinds that roll down on the bay windows.

To enter the residence you need a key so never leave the apartment without locking it and especially have the keys with you.

The neighborhood is located in Santa Margarida at the end of the "Lido" the promenade that runs along the beach and goes from one port to another all along the Bay of Roses. It is a very pleasant walk because there are no cars and it allows you to go to the city center of Roses either by walking, or in a more sporty way by bike, scooter, or running. Excellent beachfront restaurants are located right next to the residence and are open year-round, which is very nice. All shops are nearby as well as supermarkets such as Carrefour, Lidl, Spar or Mercadona. Many restaurants are at the foot of the building. 25 min drive we love to go to the "Cala Montgo" cove in L'Escala. On the edge of the cove there are also excellent restaurants and bars.

We will leave a guide to our favorite restaurants, outings, boat rentals, jet ski or other water activities.

Sightseeing boats to visit the coast or go to Cadaquès by sea are available at the port 50 m from the residence.

There is a bike rental shop at the foot of the building.

Thierry & Betty, we have been lovers of the Costa Brava and Rosas for a very long time. Betty is a Catalan from Perpignan and all of her childhood spent her vacation in Rosas. The acquisition of this apartment was a dream for us because we wanted to be able to fully enjoy this area. Our requirement was to be facing the sea, the beach and the water to be able to leave the car in the parking lot (free at the foot of the apartment) and have everything nearby on foot or by bike. Betty, a master of Conferences at the University and interior designer, is passionate about decor and we put our love into giving a chic and bohemian atmosphere to this fully equipped apartment. The 57m2 apartment is located on the fifth floor of the 7-story beachfront residence facing the sea from the magnificent Bay of Roses in Santa Margarida. It is fully designed and optimized for the comfort of our hosts. It is part of a residence that was a hotel where you can still admire the majestic entrance of a very original Gaudi style. The apartment is composed of an entrance with a large closet, a living room, an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a closed veranda with a dining area facing the sea, a bedroom with a king size bed (160 cm) and a walk-in shower bathroom with toilet. The veranda allows you to enjoy the view of the beach and sea all year round. It is air-conditioned (reversible) and very sunny since it faces South/West with sunshine from noon until evening. The apartment is equipped with free WiFi (individual box) , a bluetooth speaker and 2 flat screens equipped with chromecast with Netflix, Prime video and Molotov for French channels. We share all our good plans for restaurants and the various visits that are offered (small train, boats...) as well as places to visit. All amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, shops...) are very close by. For athletes, the location of the apartment is ideal for running, cycling (rental at the foot of the apartment), and enjoy the various proposals for boat rentals, jet skiing, parasailing...which are at the foot of the apartment as well as the cruise ships. The apartment's location allows you to do anything on foot.
