You can discover the most beautiful villages of the Yonne and enjoy hiking or swimming nearby.
The space
La Petite Maison is an old village house renovated with care and creativity by its hosts, to welcome you comfortably.
Guests can enjoy a cozy living room with sofa bed, TV, open to dining room and kitchen, with wood-burning stove. This space is very bright and is waiting just for you, to make it live unforgettable moments!
When you enter on the right you will find a bedroom with a double bed, storage and desks and continuing a little, another similar bedroom.
One bathroom, with shower cabin and toilet.
The small house is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, dishes...)
Guests can enjoy good outdoor dining in the courtyard furnished with the charm of warm colors! Barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture in peace between vegetation and birds!
Bike storage is available in the courtyard.
This property has 3 steps at the entrance, it is not accessible for people with disabilities.
Possibility to rent for 6 people (sleeping in the sofa bed) and baby cot upon request.
Linens and towels are provided.
For one-night stays or for the first night of your stay, possibility of a breakfast basket that will be waiting for you on the day of your arrival, including:
orange juice, coffee, tea, milk (powdered chocolate for milk chocolate), plain yogurt, gâche (or brioche), butter, homemade jam.
8 euro per person to be paid on site as an extra.
The small village of Sery is very well located for your hikes on foot or by bike, on the Compostela Trail and close to the Nivernais Canal and the cycle path (200 m). Beautiful nearby nature swimming spots and supervised beach in summer 3 km away (Mailly-la-Ville)
Sery is ideally located (20 km on average) for visiting towns and villages such as Vézelay, Auxerre, Avallon, Noyers-sur-Serein, Chablis, Druyes-les-Belles-Fontaines and many others.
Close to beautiful historic sites such as the Grottes d'Arcy-sur-Cure, the Aubigny quarries, the Cora camp and 40 minutes from the magnificent fortified castle of Guédelon and the Puisayes.
Vineyards, cellar tours, tastings, markets, canoes, kayaks, climbing site... the Yonne is full of landscapes and activities to discover.
For an even greater escape, I suggest you enjoy a good relaxing back or full body massage, body treatments from here and elsewhere, as well as wonderful facials with organic and local vegetable oils just across the private courtyard! A cozy and warm wellness area will welcome you for a relaxing time.

The small house has a wood-burning stove, we provide the wood and we will guide you in its use if you are a novice. Bedrooms and bathroom are equipped with electric heaters. The house is well insulated, so you won't be cold.
Bed linen, bath towels and dish towels are provided.
The electric water heater is of medium capacity, in continuous operation.
