The space
Our fully furnished 1BR unit includes a queen-size bed, sofa bed (max 4 guests), 40” Smart TV with Netflix/YouTube, fast Wi-Fi, a work/dining table and a private balcony with pool and city skyline view.
The kitchen comes with an induction stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, cookware and dining wares — plus coffee with sugar and creamer.
The bathroom has a hot/cold shower and bidet, and toothbrush, toothpaste, towels and toiletries for 2, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, and indoor slippers to keep the space clean.
Within Grace Residences:
You’ll find Grace Mall, CoCo Milk Tea, Zus Coffee, Starbucks, 24/7 convenience store, BDO bank, laundry and several restaurants (Kuya J, Classic Savory, etc).
