The space
Located in Tower 1 of The Grass Residences, Quezon City, this newly refurbished 23 square meter studio offers both comfort and convenience. It features a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom—perfect for short stays or extended visits. Ideal for two guests, the space can also accommodate a third guest (child) for an additional nightly fee — just let us know in advance.

Just a short walk to SM North, Trinoma, Vertis North and Solaire with easy access to shopping, dining, and transport.
