The space
The maisonette is very new and measures approximately 50 m².
It is adjacent to our family home where we live with our two children Liam and... Elia!

Very well equipped, EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED (sheets, towels, tea towels, kitchen cupboard, soap, cleaning products and necessities, all baby equipment...).

It includes a living room with a sofa that converts into a real bed,
a fully equipped 4 m2 kitchen (including dishwasher) open to the living room, a comfortable 4 m2 bathroom (with large shower and toilet) and an attic bedroom upstairs with "queen size" bed (160 X 200) and small dressing room and finally, a gravel terrace (just in front of the entrance of the Maisonnette) to allow you to have lunch or dinner outside.
An electric BBQ is also available to guests.

Therefore, you have exclusive use of the gravel terrace located in front of the Maisonnette's bay window. Our garden is strictly private, as are its children's play area and swimming pool :) Thank you!

Guest access
It is easy to get around on foot, by bike or by car in our residential area where there is great tranquility. We are 5 minutes from the CHER by BIKE!

Shops are accessible by car or bike, which allows us to be in absolute calm, in the middle of the Tours countryside.

You can park right in front of the Maisonette in the cul-de-sac on a small free parking lot provided for this purpose. The bus is also within walking distance at the end of the cul-de-sac.

WATCH OUT for the MILLING STAIRCASE that leads to the bedroom upstairs: it's steep. You have to be careful with the low ceiling: the handrails are there to keep you safe. Please see our photos.

LIVING RULES:
The following are PROHIBITED:
- have people not scheduled to stay at the time of booking;
- smoking;
- Have animals stay;
- generate any noise disturbances and organize parties;
- Guests are not allowed to use our private garden or the children's play area located on our property.

CLEANING:
The small cleaning fee is intended to cover surface cleaning, so it does not include:
- basic cleaning of the bathroom, kitchen and floors,
- the removal of garbage cans, the removal of used sheets and towels,
- Tidying up clean dishes,
- Rudimentary cleaning of the toilet, oven and fridge.

PREPARED BY REQUEST:
We can lend you books, board games, sunbeds for sunbathing, a heater to have an extra rollaway bed for a child, a crib and mattress, a high chair, a baby bath and any other items you might need during your stay.

LAUNDRY:
For stays over a week, we offer as an option for a fee, access to our washing machines and dryer directly accessible from the Maisonette.
