Designed to offer tranquility, privacy, and absolute comfort, this secluded property guarantees complete privacy, with no neighbors overlooking. There is 24/7 security on site at the residence to ensure peace and quiet for guests.
Built on one level on a 1,200 m² (1,292 sq ft) private plot, the villa offers nearly 300 m² (3,229 sq ft) of elegant and comfortable living space. From the moment you walk in, you can take advantage of three shaded parking spaces right on the property.
The house features a huge master suite with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, as well as three other bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and TV.
The living spaces have been designed for cozy and sophisticated stays: a large living room opening onto the garden and pool, an elegant indoor dining room, an outdoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The spectacular 15-meter by 5-meter swimming pool (depth of 60 cm to 2.20 m) can be heated on request for €40 per day with two days of preheating.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, and each bedroom also has fans for those who prefer a more natural atmosphere. Everything has been designed to ensure a vacation without compromise.
The lovely Samira is available every day from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to take care of the cleaning and assist you during your stay.
