For your comfort, the beds are freshly made before your arrival.
Bedroom 1 – The Explorer:
Extremely comfortable queen-size bed (160 x 200), walk-in closet, TV (Chromecast), and professional dual-monitor desk.
✨Bonus: Direct access to your private Sport Studio (bike, treadmill, weights), which also has an extra bed (80 x 190).
Bedroom 2 – Le Cocon Design:
New sofa bed (140 x 200) that is very comfortable, storage, and a desk with a monitor.
✨Bonus: For families, a travel cot and a high chair are available to make stays with babies easier.
Bedroom 3 – L'Escale Insolite:
Nestled at the back of the garden (April to October), it offers a unique experience. New sofa bed (140 x 200), very comfortable.
Room without bathroom or toilet (located in the house).
✨The highlight: Cabin experience, a haven in nature, and the guaranteed sound of birdsong in the morning.
Living Room – The Cinema Room:
Comfortable new double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm).
The plus: Its overhead projector with a huge XXL screen for immersive movie nights.

Included for 3 double beds and 1 single bed.
Additional charge of €20 for the use of the 4th double bed.
Hot tub towels: Not included. Bring your own or rent them (€3/person) from the concierge service.

Living rules:
- Non-smoking house, parties strictly forbidden.
- Respect quiet hours outside between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
- The bicycles in the garden are not for use.
Safety:
- Alarm with photo detection (can be easily deactivated via a latch for your privacy).
Cleaning:
- The property must be left clean and tidy (dishes done, trash cans emptied).
Guest access
The accommodation is level and access is directly through the street (but not suitable for PMR.)
We ask guests during their stay:
- Do not activate/use the alarm and Verisur equipment
- Do not put sand / rinse jerseys and beach equipment in the shower (a garden hose is available outside)
- To run the raclette in the shower on the floor and on the glass after each shower
- Not to be used in “forbidden” cabinets and shelves containing our food, dishes and personal belongings
- Not to attempt to open the cellar door in the living room, the metal cupboard in bedroom 2 and the white china cabinet in the kitchen.
