Our list of amenities is up to date, but we like to clarify that the house does NOT include access to a washer or dryer.

Also, our neighbors have roosters and some guests have found them to be a nuisance. This is very typical, but some guests have been surprised by this, so we want to give a clearer heads up about this. They can be heard mostly from the master bedroom, so we have a white noise machine to help with this.
