Welcome to Lake Windemere Pointe Condos in Invermere, only 2 ½ hours from Calgary city limits and 1½ hours from Banff and Lake Lousie.

Relax in comfort near beautiful Lake Windermere with stunning views of the Purcell mountains, the lake itself and the Rockies. Only a steps away from James Chabot Provincial Park and Beach so you can enjoy, unrestricted, year round access to the lake. The condo includes access to the residents pool, hot tubs and gym.

The space
This spacious 2 bedroom + den apartment is located on the second floor of the popular Lake Windermere Pointe Condos. Located in the Columbia Valley you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning over the Purcell's and the sunset over the Lake and the Rockies, all from the comfort of the large 1200 sq ft apartment.

You will have access to the entire apartment for your entire stay. This includes in suite washer & dryer and a fully stocked Kitchen with modern appliances for your use. If your not in the mood to cook then the local restaurants give you the option to choose, take out or dine in. If you are looking for recommendations then feel free to drop me a message and for our favourite spots.

The Living Room includes a smart TV and two very comfortable sofas, perfect for watching a movie with the family. The smart tv will give you access to all of the most popular streaming services such as Netflix, Spotify or Prime Video etc.

The Master Bedroom features a queen size bed, TV, large walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom.

The second bedroom also features a queen size bed with plenty of storage space for clothes.
The Den includes two bunk beds for the kids.

On the Balcony you can enjoy the use of the BBQ with all the grilling tools you will require provided.

While staying at the condo you will have complete access to all the residential facilities at Windermere Pointe including the hot tubs, gym and large swimming pool (Summer Seasonal).

High Speed WiFi is included.

If your looking for outdoor activities to keep busy, there is ample opportunity to do so. Winter activities are abundant with skiing at Panorama which has a free shuttle pick up across the street. The shuttle runs 9 times per day in the winter months with the first shuttle pick up at 9:10 AM and the last shuttle of the day returning at 10:45 PM. Access to cross country skiing and the worlds largest ice skating trail on the lake right from the complex!

Eagle Ranch Golf Course and downtown are only a 2 min drive away & 15-minute drive to Radium Hot Springs and Fairmont Hot Springs and ski hill.

Guest access
During your stay you will have access to the apartment through a unique access code to unlock the door. The code will be provided to you in plenty of time before check in and will only activate at your check in time on the day of arrival.

You will have 2 dedicated parking spots, just outside the front door to the condo. Stall numbers will be provided to you shortly after booking confirmation.

Other things to note
James Chabot Provincial Park is only a two minute walk from the apartment and is a great location to spend days by the lake. A favourite location among locals to launch boats, participate in paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming and other fun water activities. Or you can relax with a picnic while the kids have fun at the play park.

There are plenty of restaurants in the local area less than 5 minutes walk away including Huckleberries Family Restaurant, Fubuki Sushi, Fuze, Subway etc. and Invermere town centre is only 15 minutes walk to access even more restaurants, shops and the popular Kinsmen Beach.
