Welcome to our peaceful escape location. Just 60 minutes from Wellington, your private suite overlooks Lake Wairarapa and is surrounded by farmland, bush and lake views and includes your own private spa and gardens - a perfect place to escape, gaze at the night sky, and relax.
Single nights available Sunday-Thursday, no cleaning fees, a light breakfast is included, and a kitchenette and covered BBQ are available.
Same day check in may be available.

The space
Tui Suite is a private studio unit fitted with quality fixtures and fittings and has a fully equipped kitchenette. The outdoor area has table and chairs, picnic table, bean bag, spa and covered BBQ. Lakeview Lodge property is 23 acres with the majority in native bush.
We welcome guests to walk our property, where you will find bush walks, elevated picnic areas and friendly pet goats and sheep.
Free Wifi and Netlix is available.

Lakeview Lodge is located 15 minutes from Featherston on an elevated property with a gravel driveway, parking is outside Tui Suite.
We will greet you on arrival with the key and show you the spa. At that time we will pre-arrange access to the spa daily to service it, we try to do that while you are out.
Other things to note
Please note this is a working rural property, so we have a few "rural rules" which will be outlined in this listing.
This property and the neighbour's property have bee hives. The bees mind their own business most of the time, you will only notice them a bit busier if the keepers have been onsite.
Wi-Fi is provided via a rural connection, which generally reliable for everyday use like browsing, emails, and streaming—but it can occasionally be slow or drop out. It’s not suitable for high-demand activities like gaming or large downloads.
Our property is not suitable for children or pets.

Tui Suite sits on our lifestyle property of 23 acres which backs onto the Remutaka ranges. The majority of the property is bush, and there are self guided bush walks available. If you'd like some company we are happy to join you, and we have pet goats that also love to join the walks.
