Absolute lakefront home with 3 bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. A farmhouse style full kitchen features all new appliances and is fully outfitted with dishes, pots/pans, and cooking utensils. Attached single car garage with opener and private patio with barbecue. The backyard features a fire pit, immediate water access, and a dock.

The home is centrally located, just blocks from the water slide park and down town Moses Lake. There are several great restaurants in the area and public transportation is easily accessible.

Small mother in law apartment on lower level of home with a private entrance. No shared spaces ...except maybe the dock and the fire pit!
