Boasting a beautiful kitchen, multiple lounge rooms, four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, this luxury home has space for everyone to indulge in. Located in the heart of Trinity Point in close proximity to the serene Lake Macquarie & the Hunter Valley Wineries.

The space
Fitted with high end furniture and luxurious finishes, Villa One Six Eight is set to make your stay super comfortable. Find the front living room equipped with endless games and activities for you to enjoy. A beautiful bar nook fitted with a drinks fridge and bar tables for your enjoyment. All of the bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and bedsheets that are hotel quality. Along with the fireplace the house has ducted air conditioning to help keep you comfortable. The bathrooms are the height of luxury, with advanced toilet features, shower features, a huge bathtub and underfloor heating.

Guest access
You’ll feel instantly at home in Villa One Six Eight, with all rooms and facilities in the house at your disposal. The only area that isn’t available for access is the garage, you will find the internal door to be locked & remote access not available. Other than this, all amenities are available for you to enjoy during your stay.

Other things to note
You’ll find basic crockery and pots / pans in the kitchen. This home is self-catered and as a result, you will find enough essentials to get you started. The local supermarkets are very close by so it’s convenient to shop for supplies to suit your preferences.

The washing machines are available for you to use. Included in the laundry is also an iron, ironing board and broom. There are apps available on the TV for any streaming purposes.

* Small dogs are permitted but not catered for. Please bring all your own bedding, food, bowls etc. We cannot accept large dogs

** Our home runs on a standard maintenance schedule for lawn mowing and pool care. You may see maintenance staff attending to the property from time to time

*** Please note that parties are strictly prohibited and quiet hours are implemented after 9pm. We ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum in general. If a party is detected, you will be asked to leave.
