The space
Luxury 3 bedroom condo with lake views and expansive deck. Full chef’s kitchen with dining options inside and outside.

Located on the shores of Lake Coeur d’Alene and within walking distance to downtown. Sander’s beach and Tubb’s hill are just steps away. Cd’A is a recreation paradise with world class golfing, hiking and skiing all within a short distance from a picturesque downtown core.

Primary bedroom suite includes king bed and steam shower. Bunk room has 4 twin beds in beautiful built-ins (note: for tall people these built-ins do restrict the ability to hang feet off the end). Front room can transition to office or full-bed, either are accessed through a built-in Murphy Desk or Bed the pulls down into your preferred configuration.

Please note the condo is built above an private marina so gate and people noises can be unpredictable. The 11th St Marina is a private marina that does not allow for rental access. Any public boat dock can be served by the Resort Marina or Silver Beach Marina.

Coeur d’Alene sits on the shores of the magnificent 30-mile Lake Coeur d’Alene, offering abundant recreational opportunities right in the heart of a vibrant, beautiful downtown.

Located on the quiet side of downtown our Condo is a short walk to the downtown center of Coeur d'Alene. Just off Sherman Avenue you will find coffee shops, restaurants, wine tasting, shopping, live music and a vibrant art scene. As you walk past the downtown core, you’ll find the City Park; Public Beach (with stationed life-guards); the popular Fort Sherman Playground; as well as boat, jet ski, kayak & canoe rentals. Lake cruises, seaplane tours and para-sailing are also popular summer activities for hire.

The area also includes several golf courses, ski resorts, water parks and the popular Silverwood theme park. Golf courses include The Coeur d'Alene Resort, Circling Raven, The Highlands, Avondale and many more.

There are also many extensive, well maintained, bike trails including, The Centennial Trail, The Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes and The Hiawatha trail.

Nearby ski resorts Silver Mountain, Schweitzer, and Lookout pass are within an hour drive.
