Big Beautiful Home on the lake. Perfect size and location for family and friends to gather. This spacious home has 4 bedrooms / 2.5 baths. Sleeps 10 in beds and 2 on a deluxe air mattress and a Broyhill sofa bed. Enjoy your morning coffee while the sun rises on the lake. Fish from the dock or take your boat out on the lake. There’s a boat ramp just 2 minutes away! A large yard for everyone to soak up the sun. Once you experience this home & the natural beauty of the area, you’ll be hooked!

The space
This home is a favorite in the area. Was named 'Linger Longer' for many years. Great location to fish or duck hunt. This home has hosted as many as 12 guests during a Lake Seminole fishing tournament with 5 vehicles and trailers parked on site.

Guest access
Full access to everything in the home. Laundry room is locked and the key is hanging by the back door. Check in is 4:00 pm. Early check in requests are considered on a case-by-case basis depending upon contractor work schedules. Early check in fee, $75, applies. No check in prior to 1:00pm on day of arrival.

Other things to note
Six (6) TOTAL traditional beds. 2 Queen beds downstairs. 2 Full sized beds and 2 single beds (bunkbed) upstairs. 10 guests can sleep in the four bedrooms with beds. For very young adults and children there is a full sized, air mattress and a Broyhill Sleeper Sofa downstairs in the large sunroom. Linens and pillows for air mattress and sofa bed are in downstairs sunroom cabinet, behind the bookshelf. Home will accommodate 12 guests when using bedrooms, sofa bed and air mattress. Baby highchair and toddler booster seat provided.
