The private pool (non-heated) is the place to be after a long day on the lake. Cool off with a refreshing dip in the pool or catch a nap on one of the several pool lounges. Complimentary beach towels and sunscreen. The pool area is fenced and secured with a safety latch making it family friendly.

Marina offers overnight slip rentals, gas dock, boat ramp, covered fishing dock, hiking/biking trail access. Planning to bring your boat? Board your pets at the premier PlayStaytion Pet Resort with luxury accommodations pool, play yard, and dog grooming. Conveniently located 8 minutes from your stay. Knowing your pet is in good hands will make your stay at Lookout Point even more enjoyable.

Other things to note
Lake Point Lookout is a 2 story home on elevated out cropping inside the gates of Cedar Bayou Marina. Guests access home by climbing stairs to deck area. Two bedrooms are located on 1st floor. To access 1st floor king bedroom walk through bunkbed bedroom and playroom/closet or utilize exterior door on deck. Three bedrooms are located on 2nd floor. One upstairs bedrooms has a loft window open to living and dining areas. The pool area is fenced and secured with a gate. Pool depth ranges from 3'6-4'6". Pool is not heated but serviced all year round. Additional vehicle and trailer parking is available in marina parking lot. Up-to-date boat liability boat insurance is required to use overnight slip rentals. Slip Rental must be booked through Cedar Bayou Marina Office. Guest may encounter wildlife during stay and need to be aware while enjoying outdoors areas.
