The huge living room greets you as you enter the home. The dining room, kitchen and powder room are also on the main floor. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, the hall bath and ensuite primary bath. Downstairs is the finished basement with a desk, dining and lounge area as well as the in-unit washer and dryer. One reserved parking spot and a first come first served spot are available onsite. For additional parking needs, the city lot is a block away, with daily and monthly pass options available.
