WALK TO EVERYTHING! Welcome to a beautiful home nestled in the heart of downtown Coeur d'Alene, just a short walk to the stunning lakefront beach and the world famous Coeur d'Alene Resort. This newly renovated home features plenty of modern amenities, upscale furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and ample space to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Classic character meets modern comfort in this cozy, well-appointed home. Perfect for couples, friends, or a work-from-anywhere getaway.

The space
This cute vintage home has been renovated and feels very comfortable with all the modern amenities. There are two separate units in this home and each unit has its own separate private entrance. This listing is for the entire main level of the home and includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a comfy living room, and a large, fully stocked kitchen. The only shared area is a separate laundry room and parking off the alley in the back. Guests may also park for free in the front of the home.
Living room has a leather comfy couch with electric foot rests, two club chairs, a large 65" TV, lots of board games. Bedroom one has a four poster quality bed, cute matching small dresser, two closets with plenty of hangers and shelving, a beautiful sitting area, and a 45" in TV. Bedroom two also has a queen bed with a 50" TV, a hanging rack with plenty of hangers and both bedrooms always have comfy quality linens. The shared bathroom has a tile shower, handheld shower head, with three different settings, and vanity with movable side rack for supplies. The kitchen is fully stocked with pretty much whatever supplies you'll need to cook any size meal.

Guests may use the front yard, the entire main floor of the home, and the shared laundry room.

Other things to note
Coeur d'Alene is an amazing place with so many things to do. I highly recommend going to the visitors center either online or in person for more tips.

Our family moved from a busy area in California because we wanted a slower pace of life but we didn't want to feel like we were in the middle of nowhere. Coeur d'Alene is the perfect spot. It's known for being a resort town with year-round fun. People are friendly and there's lots to do. I am a REALTOR, I know the area well and love sharing it with others.
