Spanning approximately 8 acres, guests are welcome to frolic and play on the lawns between the two homes. We must inform our guests that two amiable kelpies call this property their home.
To access Lake Weyba, guests can follow a grassy path for the first 300 meters and a dirt path for the next 100 meters.
Other things to note
KANGAROOS
As you explore the beautiful surroundings, please remember that kangaroos are wild animals. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:
• Keep Your Distance: Wildlife can be unpredictable. Maintaining a safe distance protects both you and the animals.
• Avoid Feeding: Offering food can lead to dependency or aggression in kangaroos. Human food may also be harmful to their health.
• Observe Quietly: Enjoy watching kangaroos in their natural habitat without attempting to touch or approach them. This minimizes stress for the animals and ensures your safety.
To avoid unwanted insect visitors, we advise our guests to open only those windows at night with insect screening. While lights may attract insects, minimizing their use inside the cottage can help reduce the number of insects attracted to the property.
As a responsible, eco-conscious host, we kindly request our guests to turn off the air conditioning units and lights every time they leave the cottage to help conserve our planet's precious resources. I appreciate your cooperation in making our stay sustainable and environmentally friendly.
