We want your arrival to be as smooth and flexible as possible! A modern lockbox is available for your self-check-in.
Flexible Arrival: Check-in is available anytime from 3:00 PM onwards. Since there is no need for a personal key handover, you can easily arrive late at night without having to notify us in advance.
Lockbox Code: We will send you the access code conveniently and well in advance of your stay directly here via the Airbnb platform.
Direct Access: If you arrive by car, simply park it in your free dedicated parking space in the courtyard. If you arrive by bus, the stop is almost right outside the door. Thanks to your private, separate entrance, you can step directly into your apartment with total independence.
During your stay, the entire apartment and the balcony overlooking the river are completely yours to enjoy!

To make your stay as pleasant as possible and avoid any misunderstandings, please note the following details:
Linen & Cleaning: The total price already includes the final cleaning as well as a fresh set of linens (bedding and towels), so you can feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
Allergy-Friendly & Non-Smoking: As this is a highly efficient Passive House with an automatic ventilation system, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. To protect subsequent guests with allergies, pets are not allowed.
Waste Separation & Sustainability: As a modern Passive House, sustainability is important to us. We kindly ask our guests to separate their waste eco-friendly during their stay. Appropriate bins are provided.
