You also can't miss visiting the famous Catalina Island.

There’s a share bathroom down the hall as well as the conveniently located laundry room with everything ready.
Finally, escape to your private retreat on the spacious rooftop deck with a dining table, outdoor seatings with a sun lounger. Take it all in. Enjoy the sunsets, count the stars in the sky. Guest access
Guests have access to the entirety of the house; from the downstairs bedroom to the rooftop overlooking the city and the harbor except for the storage closet right next to guest's bathroom on 2nd floor.
If you're flying in to LA and need somewhere close by, our home is a mere 25 minutes from LAX, and 15 from Long Beach Airport. The garage is also built to accommodate 2 cars with more parking in front by the street.
Other things to note
There are RING cameras on the front porch and back at the alley for yours and our safety. We do not recommend this place for the elderly and younger children as the house has a lot of stairs, and neither is the house child-proof. There are also MINUT noise detection devices on the second floor and our rooftop. At all time, DO NOT tamper these devices in anyway.
Our garage can also be accessed through MyQ app. We do not leave a remote opener at our property so please send us email to get access through MyQ app if you need to.
Please, treat the home as if it were yours and take care of all the appliances you use. If you do use the barbecue grill, please make sure you clean it up after each use.
Our home is smoke-free/vape-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in any additional smoking cleaning fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
Also, please respect the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM.
