The space
Entry to the Courtyard
A manually sliding grey gate welcomes you into our parking area, under video surveillance, surrounded by an orchard and the garden in front of the house.
Entry to the Dwelling
As you step through the main door, the dining room awaits, ready for you to enjoy savory meals or a glass of wine with friends.
Kitchen
A few steps further lead you to the fully equipped kitchen, where you find a spacious fridge, manual espresso machine (with ground coffee), stove, oven, and dishwasher, alongside all the crockery and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen also has a separate entrance/exit to the outside, and right next to it, a table on the veranda awaits if you prefer to dine al fresco.
Living Room
Moving on, the living room invites you with a generous 190cm TV and a spacious sofa, creating the ideal space for relaxation and more. Ask at reception if you'd like to discover our selection of local wines or even schedule a wine tasting at a local winery.
Rooms
Descending the indoor stairs, you reach rooms 1 & 2, equipped with their own terrace and immediate access to the garden; easy access for individuals with disabilities or those who cannot climb/descend stairs. Upstairs, rooms 3, 4, 5, & 6 await, each with its own balcony. Rooms 5 & 6 offer panoramic views towards the Danube Delta, while rooms 3 & 4 reveal the beauty of the inner garden and, partially, the panorama of the Danube Delta.
Garden and Outdoor Facilities
At the back, another garden beckons with flowers and a roofed swing for torrid days. The enclosed gazebo, equipped with table and chairs, is your refuge in any season. The barbecue and workbench await for open-air feasting evenings. A side gate opens the way to the alley leading to the water's edge (approx. 1 min), where the tranquility of the Delta will embrace you.
Safety
Although there might be abandoned dogs outside the courtyard, they are harmless. This location, a true natural gem, brings along the harmony of nature, including the beings inhabiting it, but there's no danger associated with their presence.

Guests have access to all common areas and amenities provided by our property, except for certain marked auxiliary rooms, which are exclusively for the use of our staff.

Unlike other properties in the Danube Delta where access is made by boat or a combination of car and boat, with us, you can easily reach using your own car, public transport, or a taxi from the city's train station on a paved and easy road.
We are located just 10 km away from the city, which facilitates access to various urban services. Taxis operate in the area, and many city restaurants offer delivery services right to our location for guests who prefer this option. These details can contribute to a comfortable experience and more efficient planning of your stay.
