Bright and airy house located in a quiet street in the centre of the beautiful village of La Flotte, 500m from the market and the shops. A large South facing living area with French doors open to the garden with a swimming pool heated from the 5th April to mid October. The patio is equipped with an electric awning, very useful to protect from the sun.
A garage is available to store bikes, trailers etc.
Linen rental is available at a rate of 20-25€ per person and includes beds made on arrival.
The space
The large open plan living is very convivial and comfortable with its large corner sofa. Two set of French doors open onto the south facing terrace with the garden and its swimming pool (9m x 3.5m with automatic pool cover), and the interior courtyard brings even more light to the bedrooms and the living room.
The 4 bedrooms are bright and airy with high ceilings and decorated in traditional Re style and include:
- An en-suite bedroom with king size bed 160 with bathroom/wc, overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool.
- A bedroom with king size bed overlooking the interior courtyard
- A bedroom with bunk beds overlooking the interior courtyard.
- A bedroom with 2 single beds overlooking the street (or made as one 160 King bed)
Bathrooms:
- One shower room with walk-in shower
- One second bathroom (ensuite) with bath and a shower rail fitted.
- One separate wc
- The garage of the house is used for bicycles, trailers, swimming pool equipment etc.
- Garden furniture with table + 8 chairs, electric awning, bbq, sunbeds.
