This former 160 m2 barn, completely renovated in a wine village, is ideal for a stay with family and children. Composed of a 50 m2 living room with fireplace for cozy winter evenings, beautiful 25 m2 terrace with plancha for a friendly summer, 4 bedrooms, separate toilet, bathroom with spa bath and walk-in shower + a shower room.

LISTING COMPOSITION
On the ground floor:
- A courtyard closed by a gate that can accommodate a vehicle, parking is also possible and free on the street and around the accommodation.
- A large and pleasant 50m2 air-conditioned living room with open views: a comfortable living room with a large sofa, flat screen TV, games console + free wifi (fiber)!!! And a dining room with a fireplace that can accommodate 10-12 people at the table for your meals for families or groups of friends.
- Modern, air-conditioned and fully equipped independent kitchen: oven, induction stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, classic filter coffee maker, kettle, fridge freezer, toaster, steamer, raclette and fondue machine, popcorn machine. Table linens provided.
- Pleasant 25m2 terrace with open views of the cliffs, vineyards and the village. Plancha provided. The washing machine and dryer are also available.
- Bedroom1 "pastel colors" of 11m2, double bed in 140x190, duvet 220x240, reversible air conditioning (optional bed linen on request)
- A very modern bathroom with its Bluetooth chromotherapy balneo bathtub for a relaxing moment after a day of sightseeing or hiking, a towel dryer, a large Italian shower and... double vanity!!! (optional towels available on request)
- Separate Toilets
- Bedroom 2 "zen parents" of 12m2 with double bed in 140x200, duvet 220x240, sleeping a cot (on option: baby kit), with TV and dressing room of 7m2, reversible air conditioning. (optional bed linen on request).
Upstairs, the bedrooms have a view of the remains of the feudal castle:
- air-conditioned bedroom 3 "princess" of 13m2 with a double bed in 140X190 (duvet220x240)+ 1 single bed in 90x190 (duvet 180x220) + 1 desk+ bathroom and toilet.
- 4 "nature" bedroom of 12 m2 air-conditioned, with a double bed 140x190 (duvet220x240), a single bed in 90x190 (duvet 180x220) and a desk.
For your comfort:
The house is fully equipped with blackout electric shutters.
All rooms have a heating and air conditioning system.
The water from the tap is potable.
The entire ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility, but not compliant with PMR (People with Reduced Mobility) regulations.
We provide you with a few amenities so that the house is suitable for children: toys, games, seat booster and toilet reducer, outlet cover and door block.
For your safety:
The house is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
The space is thoroughly cleaned between each rental, we provide a hydroalcolic gel dispenser at the entrance of the listing and hand soap dispensers in the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as an all surface disinfectant spray.
OPTIONS:
In order for you to adapt your stay to your desires and budget, you can order the following options when booking (payment to be made before your arrival via airbnb or handing over the keys in cash):
# Bed linen rental (bed made on arrival):
10euros per double bed and 5euros per single bed
# toilet linen rental: 5euros per person consisting of bath sheet, towel, glove
# baby kit:
50euros consisting of a crib, a baby bathtub, a high chair, a changing mat, a stroller or pram depending on your child's age, park.
# Full cleaning at the end of your stay: 70 euros. As part of this option, you must still return the accommodation and its amenities in a suitable state of functioning and cleanliness, the house must be put away, the dishes at least launched in a cycle in the dishwasher, the garbage discarded.
A SERVICE:
Because the holidays are made to relax, but life is also made of unforeseen circumstances, we provide you with a "troubleshooting kit": In case of forgetting, you have at your disposal some products of daily use (care, hygiene...), serve and replace it during your stay with an identical or equivalent product so that the next vacationers have the same service!
WE PRIVILEGIONS:
We prioritize bookings from Saturday to Saturday, full week, especially in summer, in order to satisfy as many guests as possible!

To get to Tautavel:
On the GPS, select "fastest route" as you risk taking very narrow and mountainous roads by selecting "shortest route".
You have to go through the village of Vingrau or Estagel.
