10 minutes from Lyon, in the heart of the Monts d'Or and on the banks of the Saône, unpack your bags in this 19th century golden stone building that was a farm and then a restaurant before being converted into a family home.
Completely renovated by a renowned architect in 2018, the house stands in a park of century-old trees of nearly 2500 m2.
Hidden from view and bathed in light, the Demeure du Val offers you a splendid view of the Saône Valley and the Monts d'Or.

The space
Everything is planned for your relaxation, entertainment and comfort:

Swimming pool (secured by a cover and heated from May to October), Spa, Hammam, gym, table tennis, trampoline, barbecue, large stocked library, piano, board games... the house will deploy all its treasures for your well-being.

With 350 m2 of indoor space and just as much outdoor terrace space, the house will enchant you every season.

On the ground floor, the house showcases living spaces and luxury that's easy to live in:
