Let nature be your home at La Charca Eco Camp. This serene space will surely leave you breathless! It's perfect for families, couples and friends looking to leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind. We want to give you all the amenities you'll need while being in close contact with nature. We have free parking on site, a private pool and plenty of outdoor space to use at your leisure. Be sure to bring some warm clothing for use during the night hours as the temperature drops!

The space
This family-owned property has been under development for quite some time. We've paid close attention to every detail, and it is an honor for us to finally begin hosting.

El Bohío is located right in the center of our pond - La Charca! Here you can spot fishes and shrimp and once their mature enough, you will also be able to fish! If you notice a green color in our pond do not fret, this is its natural color as it houses the food for our fish.

Guest access
You will have private access to the pool as well as shared access to the cinema and game room area.

Other things to note
Please note that our property hosts three different listings. The property grounds have ample space which allows guests to avoid direct contact with other people. Your privacy will not be compromised as all listings have their own separate entrances. Also, keep in mind that this listing includes exclusive use of pool and the outdoor kitchen are reserved for our guests in the other listing. If you wish to have the entire property to yourself, we suggest reserving our other listing as while (ask host to share the link!).

You should be aware that because our property is in such contact with nature, encounters with small lizards, spider webs and animals of the like is not uncommon. Birds may also be heard at some hours but some find this very enjoyable.

The hut sleeps 6 comfortably. The base price includes 4 guests - should you wish to add up to two more guests to the reservation it will have a cost of $25 per person/per night.

Power outages do not happen often but they are common on the island and we do not have a generator.

Any damages to the property are subject to a fine:
Pool damages up to $500
Jacuzzi damages up to $800
Broken/damaged and misplacement of articles up to $50
You may not enter the pond under any circumstances; no articles must be placed in the pond. The fine will be up to $100.
Smoking inside the Bohio is strictly prohibited.

The use of the kayak and fishing is STRICTLY with authorization and under supervision. It also has an additional cost. We are not responsible for any incidents that occur during their use. At night there is no illumination and it can be dangerous. The use of life jackets is also required. Do not go through the areas with yellow caution tape(it’s strictly prohibited) as they are dangerous areas, especially at night.

The listing is intended for the use of the guests on the reservation - no outside/additional guests are allowed on the property at any time.
