This is a large 2 story home with plenty of room for the entire family. The house accommodates up to 12 people max. no exceptions (including kids). The pool area creates a sense of a private resort living. There is room for everyone!
It is located in Jayuya, about 2 hours from San Juan airport, and 1 hour from Ponce airport.
It is centrally located next to a school, and within walking distance from bars, restaurants, and a market. This is a small town with a lot of charm.
The space
The house is big enough for a family, or group, of 12 people max. (including kids). Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, a dining room, a full kitchen, and a balcony that wraps around overlooking the gorgeous mountains' views. Downstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms, 2 baths, family room, pool table, and french doors that connects to a terrace w/a bar, swimming pool, and deck with outdoor sitting and gas fire pit(we provide the gas). You will have parking for up to 4 cars. At this time there is no street parking allowed due to construction.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the entire house and the yard. Guests are welcome to use the bar, the pool area, and deck, as well as the pool table in the family room. In addition, there is a full kitchen upstairs with a grill in the balcony. Please read the instructions in the binder for BBQ grill usage.
Other things to note
We are not pet friendly, we don't have a fence to accommodate pets.
There is a binder with very detailed information about the house rules. Also, they will find frequently asked questions answered, suggestions on places to visit in the area, restaurants, bars, and stores nearby.
Please get familiar with the binder as it has a lot of information, as well as the check out procedures.

Where you’ll be
Jayuya, Puerto Rico
This is a friendly neighborhood nestled in the quiet mountains of Tres Picachos. There are wonderful neighbors on both sides of the house. The backyard leads to a hill with mango, banana, and lime trees, so nobody lives behind the house. We kindly ask guests to read the rules of the house and observe quiet hours after 10pm.
