La Casa di Fini is an approx. 300-year-old, lovingly renovated rustico in the hinterland of Peschiera. La Casa di Fini has a main and secondary house. The space

The house has very good Wi-Fi. Work and vacations can thus be easily combined.
Ground floor:
In the fully equipped kitchen, nothing is missing - there is a coffee machine, dishwasher, two refrigerators incl. freezer, oven, microwave and two gas stoves. The dining area in front of the wood-burning stove invites you to cozy dinners with friends & family.
In summer, an outdoor kitchen is available, which invites you to a barbecue evening with fresh vegetables, fish, meat and a good glass of wine. In the cold season, the house is additionally heated via the underfloor heating.
1st floor:
The staircase leads to the first floor. There is a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a sleeping chair, a desk and a smart TV. The space is very suitable for working there during the day. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower/toilet/bidet. A separate entrance with an additional front door is also available on this floor.
2nd floor:
On the 2nd floor there are three bedrooms each with a double bed. The large bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. A large bathroom with bathtub, toilet and bidet is also located on this floor. Due to the window orientation to the east, you can enjoy the morning sun when opening the shutters.
The annex:
The so-called "Dependance" is also equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, fireplace, dining area and bedroom with double bed. The annex is located separately on the grounds of La Casa di Fini and can be used as a separate residential unit. Ideal for late risers or a family with a toddler. The stone staircase leads to a cozy seating area above the annex, between the olive trees. From there you can overlook the Casa and enjoy the view of the vineyards.
Guest access
You have access to all areas - with the exception of the technical and boiler room. There is also no access to the washing machine. Use of the sauna on request.
