The space
LA BRUNA 2 is a charming 65-square-meter apartment on the FIRST FLOOR of the house owned by my family; it is located 300 meters from the beach and the historic center. The apartment is furnished with new furniture and has air conditioning and heating.

BICYCLE-TOURISTS arriving in Grado along the Ape Adria RadWeg Cycle Route are welcome; these guests will be able to store their vehicles in a place inside the house, also equipped with tools for small repairs. In the bicycle storage area, there is a charging service for E-BIKES.

Being on the first floor, it is an accessible apartment with two flights of stairs.
The doors are 80 cm and the bathroom door is 70 cm.
For greater guest comfort, all beds are 200 cm long.

I have a nice apartment that I provide welcome guests who want to spend a pleasant vacation in the ISLAND OF THE SUN. It is an independent 55 sqm apartment, with five beds. Guests in my apartment will be able to deposit their bicycles in a safe place, inside the house, equipped with tools for repairing the bike. Thanks to the patent of Maestro Instructor recognized by the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, I organize bicycle excursions in our Region also with MTB and also with E-Bike, which you can rent here on the island. My accommodation is 300 meters from the beach and the historic center; near the apartment you can find a supermarket, the first aid and the municipal police. It is a very quiet area and you will have typical gracious families as neighbors. The house in which you will be guests has always been the property of my family and has a large terrace on the EAST side with a Roof Garden where you can have breakfast, read a book or relax. I'll be waiting for you in Grado Island of the Sun and Bicycles.
