The apartment is within the Altavista complex, in the small town of Alcaidesa, situated between Sotogrande to the east and La Linea / Gibraltar to the west.
Gibraltar Airport is twenty-minutes-drive away, Malaga International Airport, a one hour drive east and Jerez Airport one and a half hours to the west. There are many alternative activities available with its spectacular weather, beautiful sandy 5+ kms beach, two fantastic golf courses (La Hacienda) right next door and a few restaurants and bars nearby. You can also drive 10 -15 minutes to SotoGrande or Los Barrios in the Campo. And, if two golf courses aren’t enough you have the San Roque Golf Club and the famous Valderrama golf course a short distance away.

La Alcaidesa, Cádiz, Spain
The condo is spacious with generous sized rooms. The ceilings are high and there is lots of light through the terrace doors in the sitting area and within the master and second bedrooms. The living room and master bedroom open onto a very large terrace that has views of a lake, the links golf course and the mediterranean sea! There are very well maintained communal gardens and a swimming pool which is open during the summer months. The urbanization is very quiet and relaxing. The beach is less than a 10 min walk through a path near the pond and between the links golf course. There are several restaurants and bars within the Alcaidesa town as well within a 10 – 15 minute drive to Sotogrande or Los Barrios in the Campo. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have en-suite bathrooms. As a bonus, the master bathroom also has a jacuzzi. The master bedroom has one queen sized bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cooker/oven and all of the utensils and other items to make for a comfortable stay. The utility room includes a washer and dryer. The unit also has central air conditioning and heating.

The full apartment will be for your use. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the building's secure underground car park, with lift access to the apartment. The swimming pool is open during the summer months and has a secure entry.
