The space
'60s bungalow with split entrance, from there its name La Retro!

The huge class will allow you to play the kids and relax. A 21-foot pool will delight the little ones and the spa is for the big ones. Not to mention the chickens you can admire during the summer!
The pool is not heated but with the sun and canvas the temperature is often 81 degrees

The ground floor includes: Small living room with Wi-Fi connected TV, table sleeping up to 6 people comfortably. A kitchen with island and 4 benches, full bathroom.

Bedrooms: All bedrooms have a door to be closed.
1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed (2 single beds+1 foam mattress on the floor) and 1 bedroom (under renovation) with portable double bed in the basement.
A desk with an ergonomic work chair, work table for standing or sitting, and a wide and comfortable armchair. All nicely decorated.

The part of the basement is limited to the washer dryer and a living room with 2 double sofas.
Air Hockey and Baby Foot tables are set up in the adjacent garage for the summer period and in the basement in the winter.

Through the adjacent garage, you can access the grounds with a multitude of flowers. BBQ, gazebo with mosquito net, several seating locations, swimming pool; sun loungers, fire area when SopFeu allows it. As soon as you pass the threshold of the patio door, you will feel totally on vacation and get away from your routine.

The entire ground floor and part of the basement.
The garage adjacent to the house will allow you to park in winter. In summer, we convert it into extra space to enjoy the outdoors (foosball table and air hockey)

Locked doors in rooms are not accessible as our belongings are there.

In the kitchen: Spices can be used at no cost.
Any other food or beverage in the cabinets or drawers is not included in your rental. I agree to accommodate you if you need it, if there is compensation. For example, buy the item and put it back in place or on the counter.

Dogs are allowed. Maximum 2 of medium size. They must be in their cage in your absence.
MANDATORY: The animal's needs must be done at the back of the yard, near the woods.
