This mansion, la Croix-Joslette, was built in 1911 by my great-uncle, and we aim to pass it on to the next generation.

Warning : This house is not adapted for persons with reduced mobility / wheelchair nor for toddlers. The main floor is accessible by a staircase, 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor (2 with balcony), the last bedroom on the 2nd floor is actually a roomy attic separated in 2 rooms. Access to to the staircases, balconies, swimming pool and ponds is under the whole responsibility of guests.

Other things to note
Sport : Swimming Pool 5*10m (non heated), ping-pong and volley-ball equipment available for guests. Pétanque court at 200m, football field and tennis (2 courts in free access) at 400m, fishing lake at 1km, golf and horse riding at 10km (Souancé au Perche).
