Taking seven years to construct, "La Casa de David" (The house of David) is truly a work of art with craftsmanship and detail exhibited throughout. Made from earth, straw, stone, and wood, the architecture is a reflection of nature and its curvy-linear, hobbit like floor plan was designed to bring honor and attention to the Feminine aspect/principal of the Divine.

The space
La Casa de David now offers four rooms available to rent: The Sunset Room (1 Queen Bed), The Round Room (1 double/full bed) and The Lakota Room (1 double/full bed & 1 twin/single bed) and The Master Suite which is the most spacious and features it's own large private jacuzzi and walk-in shower.

Prominent from the outside, one can't help but notice the living, green roof system consisting of sedium / succulent dessert species of plants. Once inside, guests are confronted with large pine logs serving as rafters and bamboo ceilings laid in a herringbone pattern. Mosaic tiled floors add visually while the smell of incense and sound of water viscerally facilitate a rich experience one can only experience directly to fully appreciate.

Every room has been meticulously designed and decorated for the discriminating guest. High quality matrices, sheets and pillows have been carefully chosen to provide a rich experience to each guest.

Located in the rolling hills of south central Pennsylvania, this home is close to Sam Lewis State Park (expanded vistas, hiking trails, great kite flying & quaint picnic areas), Cool Creek Golf Course, and the Susquehanna River (boating / fishing). La Casa de David is ideal for the spiritual seeker and nature lover and is also good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
