* Air conditioning is available only in the two bedrooms. The living room is equipped with an electric fan and natural ventilation. Opening the back door and windows allows for a nice cross breeze to keep the space airy.

* Mosquitoes: As we’re in a tropical area, mosquitoes may be present, especially during the rainy season or after rainfall. We provide mosquito spray and electric bug zapper for our guests’ convenience.

* The subdivision's shared swimming pool is approximately 1–3 minutes' walk from the house and does not have a gate. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

* Guests are expected to supervise children at all times, especially when using shared or potentially hazardous areas such as pools, stairways, parking areas, and outdoor spaces.

* Occasional interruptions in utilities (internet, water, electricity, etc.) may occur due to external factors and are beyond the host’s control.

* Guests are responsible for the behavior and compliance of all members of their group and approved visitors.

* A complimentary starter kit of basic essentials is provided upon check-in to help you settle in. These items are intended for initial use only and are not replenished during your stay. Once consumed, guests are kindly asked to purchase any additional supplies they may need.
