The space
Modern and tastefully decorated apartment facing south, high up on Tegefjäll with amazing views of Lake Åresjön and Renfjället. Porch in two directions to enjoy the view from. The house has four apartments, this one is on the ground floor. Open-plan with kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. A total of 3 bedrooms and 6 beds. Two bedrooms with bunk bed (2x 90 cm) and one with double bed (180 cm). Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Shower/toilet with washer and dryer. Lockable ski storage room, parking space with engine heater outlet, Wi-Fi and Sonos sound system.

Other things to note
Tegefjäll is located between Åre and Duved with a more genuine mountain feel and calmer than Åre By and Björnen. The slopes are among Åre's best and there is easily accessible off-piste skiing on Mullfjället and Åre's best forest skiing in Tegeskogen right above the cottage. The area has both a children's area and the forest hill Vildmarksstigen. In Tegefjäll, there is also a convenience store, restaurant and SkiStar shop with ski rental and lift card sales.

Ski in/Ski out, 30 meters to ski lift and slope. The lift system is connected to Duved, has 10 lifts and 19 downhill slopes and lift queues are rare. The lift card is valid for the whole of Åre, i.e. Åreskutan, central Åre, Björnen, Duved and Tegefjäll.

If you want to go into Åre, there is a free ski bus from Tegefjäll every half hour that takes you to the cable car valley station in 10 minutes.

If you arrive by train to Åre, take a bus or taxi to Tegefjäll.

Our apartment is pet-free and smoke-free, but not allergy-free. Rented to people over 25 years of age. No events, we have neighbors who are permanent residents.
