Big space perfect for families or groups of friends, team building, wedding entourage, or people attending seminars in the area. We have 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, 2 sofa bed sleeps 2 & 3 single beds, 1 day bed and 2 floor mattresses to accommodate up to 14 people.
Air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, toaster over, microwave, rice cooker, fridge with freezer, electric kettle and drinking water.
TV with Netflix, YouTube, and more, and high-speed unlimited WiFi are available.
We have cats that we feed on the premises.

The guest house is part of the main house but has its own private entry way. Guests will have to enter through the garage which the residents of the main house also use.
Other things to note
Get togethers, team building, quiet gatherings and wedding preps are allowed but you have to book for the max of 14 people even if 14 are not sleeping over.
Early check-ins and late check outs need to be pre-approved and are subject to additional fees. Guests will be charged a whole day's Airbnb rate for non pre-approved late check out.
Any additional cleaning required will be charged a whole day's Airbnb fee.
Breaking of any house rules will result in a whole day's Airbnb fee.
No confetti or glitter, guest will be fined a whole day's Airbnb fee.
Any items broken or missing will be charged accordingly.

Neighborhood highlights
The neighborhood is quiet, family friendly and very safe. Good for walking around the park even at night. In the park, you can find basketball courts, tennis courts, a football field, and children's playground. There's a clubhouse which is used for hosting events. The church is one of the most beautiful churches in QC. It has multiple Masses per day. The commercial area, which is a 3-minute walk, has a supermarket, bank, laundry, cafe, restaurants, and bakery.
