The space
• Our house is located on a small hill surrounded by beautiful countryside.
About 3 minutes by car to the east, there is a hot spring facility called Yuppoppo.

• The house is a renovated traditional Japanese home with a one-room layout.
You can see the original wooden beams on the ceiling.

• There is a wooden deck where you can enjoy BBQ (reservation required, extra fee).

• On the east side of the house, there is a park with a small artificial waterfall and stream using natural spring water.

• Free Wi-Fi is available, and you can watch YouTube on TV.

• There are two air conditioners.
In winter (January–March), you can also use the wood stove.

• The kitchen has an IH stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker.

• We provide knives, cutting boards, a sukiyaki pot, and various pots for cooking.
It is suitable for long stays and self-cooking.

There are six security cameras around the building, at the entrance, and near the storage area for safety.

Each building is independent, but please be considerate when using shared outdoor areas.

Please park your car near the entrance.

Guests will be charged for any damage, breakage, or loss of items.

Guest access
• You may freely enter and leave the property during your stay.
There is a sand play area in front of the wooden deck. Please feel free to use it.

Guests are not allowed to enter these areas.

Other things to note
• Miyakonojo City is famous in Japan for its hometown tax program, especially for high-quality meat and fresh vegetables.

• The area around the house is active in dairy farming.
You may hear cows in the distance, which is part of the countryside experience.

• There are also many vegetable farms nearby.
At certain times of the year, farmers spread natural fertilizer on their fields.

• Depending on the season and wind direction, you may notice the smell of compost.
We would like to inform you of this in advance as part of staying in a rural area.
