Beautiful area
This home is in a scenic location.
KOMU is a private modern chalet in peaceful Misorano, a quiet area along the Hirakawa River with leafy roads and lovely walking paths. Just a short drive to ski slopes, supermarkets and restaurants, and within walking distance of 7-Eleven and the winter shuttle bus stop, it offers both privacy and convenience.
The space
Unwind in KOMU's light-filled living space, thoughtfully designed with understated comfort in mind.
The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, creating a welcoming setting for shared meals and slow mornings.
Each bedroom features premium semi-double twin beds with soft duvets for a restful night's sleep.
The hinoki wood bathtub, crafted from aromatic Japanese cypress, offers a soothing bathing experience inspired by traditional Japanese craftsmanship.
KOMU embraces luxury in simplicity, with the quiet beauty of modern Japanese design woven throughout the chalet.
Guest access
As a self-catered chalet, you have full private access to the entire space.
Living, dining, kitchen and the master bedroom with ensuite are on the second floor; two bedrooms, laundry and a shared bathroom are on the first floor.
Please note the linen room and boiler room are locked for staff use.
Other things to note
Daily housekeeping is not provided so you can enjoy complete privacy. For stays of 7 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay refresh is included.
Just a note for families travelling with young children: KOMU's main living and dining areas are located on the second floor, and unfortunately we are unable to install a baby gate at the staircase. We therefore recommend that parents consider whether the layout is suitable for their family before booking.
In the unlikely event that an issue occurs due to external platform syncing, we may need to get in touch to adjust your reservation. If this happens, we’ll do our very best to resolve it quickly and smoothly.
