* This rental does not provide access to the community pool or gym. You will not be charged a resort fee when renting this home.
* Guest must be at least 25 years old to book.
* No pets allowed.
* No smoking inside the cottage.
* Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 11:00 AM.
* Rental agreement must be signed to complete booking. Security deposit (hold) of $300 required.
