Cozy hideaway within Metro Manila! Welcome to Klimba Villa — a guesthouse with pool located in Bagumbong, North Caloocan.
The space
Klimba Villa — Room 1: Air-conditioned room with a private bathroom that sleeps 2-4 pax comfortably on a double-size bed and sofa bed. There is an outdoor dining & kitchen plus bbq griller where guests can cook and prepare meals but please clean as you go.
NOTE: Only Bedroom 1 (room infront of the pool) will be open during your stay. If you want to use the room upstairs with bunk beds, please book the other listing to have access on both rooms.
We're pet-friendly! Furbabies can swim at the pool & stay inside the rooms but with diapers or should be potty-trained. Owners should be responsible on their pet's litters.
We have an adopted stray calico cat, which we named Budak, since she decided to stay on the parking area on the day we opened the Villa. She then gave birth to an orange cat that we now call Goose. At times they roam around the pool area so we apologize in advance if they cling to you during your stay. Both cats are vaccinated but please be careful when you pet them. Please also refrain from giving them table food as they are well fed with cat food :)

- Outdoor shower and bathroom
- Outdoor dining & kitchen + bbq griller
- 2 car garage for parking

- Main gate
- Parking area
Other things to note
1. Security deposit amounting to Php1,000 will be collected upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out given there are no damages incurred. Additional fees may be charged due to damages.
2. We don't provide towels and toiletries so please your own.
3. Maximum of 2 cars for garage parking
4. Guests may encounter the host/staff during their stay as the main gate and parking area is a shared space. Rest assured that we'll respect and not disturb your stay.
5. The dogs from other houses tend to bark if they see a stray cat/dog. As we are also near the main road, we cannot control the roadway noise from vehicles passing by.
6. There are CCTV cameras covering the main gate, parking, villa entrance, and outside perimeter wall by the pool area for security purposes.
7. We allow maximum of 2 pets but there is an additional security deposit of Php 1,000/pet which is refundable upon check-out if there are no damages/litter. Pets are allowed inside the rooms but with diapers especially if they are not potty trained. We expect guests to be responsible on cleaning their pet’s litters. An additional Php 3,000 cleaning fee will be charged in case there are pet markings/stains on the bed linens, mattress, or around the room.
8. Smoking is not allowed inside the bedroom & bathroom. There is a fine of Php 3,000 if you smoke inside. You can smoke by the pool area but please dispose cigarette butts on trashbins.

We are located on a residential area so kindly minimize the noise starting 10pm as respect to the neighbors. The dogs from other houses tend to bark if they see a stray cat/dog. As we are also near the main road, we cannot control the roadway noise from vehicles passing by.
