The space
This spacious villa accommodates up to six guests and features three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom, located on the lower level, includes an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor, sharing a bathroom and a balcony. Also on the first floor is a veranda with a living room, perfect for enjoying the stunning sea view.

There are six parking spaces under the shade. We also provide you with an electric charger in case you arrive with a hybrid or electric car.

You have full access to the entire house, including the garden with its defined boundaries, and all common areas. Please respect these spaces and ensure you do not leave any garbage behind.

Rest assured, your privacy and tranquility are our top priorities, providing a peaceful retreat for each guest.

The nearest village, Gennadi, is 7.5 km away (an 8-minute drive) and offers a variety of amenities, including cafes, a bakery, supermarket, restaurants, and bars.
