Our village is over 750 years old. On the 1st of May there's a folk festival, where people celebrate and hiking. Around our village you can relax while walking and enjoy the beautiful nature. But there are also many beautiful places in our area, which are definitely worth a visit. There are the cathedral city of Fritzlar, the health resorts Bad Wildungen and Bad Zwesten, the Edersee or Silbersee lake and the Hessian lignite mining museum in Borken, to name a few of the sights of our beautiful region.
