The space
The location of our home is off the beaten path, 15 minutes (7 miles) to town center, so you have quiet from the hustle and bustle of town, but you are close enough for the convenience of groceries and entertainment. You are also 35 minutes (21 miles) to Taos Ski Valley. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful home, this is the place for you! If you are looking for something within walking distance to town or a short drive to the ski valley, this is not the place for you. The specific location is on the map so you can make your plans accordingly.

∙ Second bedroom- bunk bed with full size bed on bottom, twin bed on top, unattached bathroom, smart TV with streaming only
∙ Living room- queen size pull-out couch with a memory foam mattress, smart TV with streaming and local channels
∙ Smart lights/technology controlled with an iPad
∙ Listen to your favorite music with the TV sound bar in the living room
∙ Board games, puzzles, coloring books, and books available to keep everyone, young and old, occupied
∙ Front porch and patio with custom snowboard bench, retired chair lift from TSV, Adirondack chairs, and patio set all available to enjoy the views, sunrises and sunsets, star gaze, and relax.

Please note for our summer guests: our home is NOT air conditioned. The outdoors is our air conditioning. Open windows at night to cool the house down, close windows and shades during the day to keep the house cool. This will keep the house comfortable.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and property, except for the closet in the bunk bed bedroom and the shed which are locked for owner use only. Please make yourself at home.

Other things to note
Please remember that you're staying in our home (that we love very much!), not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Dogs allowed- we are dog lovers and know how important it is to be able to travel with your fur baby. Please be honest about bringing a dog and how many (2 maximum). There is a $35 pet fee. This fee is assessed for my cleaning staff for the additional cleaning necessary when a pet checks out. Please see our house rules below for pet rules. There will be a $100 fee for any undisclosed pets.

Our home is in a community off of a dead end approximately 2 mile long dirt road so expect bumps and dust on your car. The main road is maintained by the county. There are times, especially after rain or snow, that the road can be very bumpy. We privately maintain our road and driveway and keep it in the best shape possible!

We do have quiet, friendly, year-round neighbors so please be respectful of their space.
