House sits near the water and is decorated with light, fun coastal decor. You'll love having your own private space and dock (no wake cove) combined with the convenience of being close to Franky & Louies, a very fun beachfront restaurant that offers a fun family atmosphere by day and nightlife by night. You also have access to pontoon, wave runner, paddle boat and paddle board rentals there. Nice, new grocery store 1.5 miles away that even offers curbside pickup for your convenience.

The space
The house has 3 bedrooms (queen beds) all on the upper level. Two of 3 open up to the upper deck. 1 full bathroom located on each level.

Open floor plan kitchen and living area opens to the patio, making it easy to hang out outside but have easy access to the kitchen and amenities of the house.

House is very close to the lake. No big hikes up the hill to get back to the house from the dock.

Neighborhood highlights

We love our cove! I’ve been coming down to the lake since I was 9 and it’s been to this cove the entire time!

Our house is in a no wake cove so it is enjoyable to sit on the dock and swim.

Friendly neighbors also!

Franky and Louie’s is in our cove which is perfect! It’s a beachfront restaurant that really feels like vacation for families and adult groups. My experience is kids love it so parents can relax (a bit) while kids play. I suggest the frozen margaritas!

Franky and Louie’s also offers a gift shop and pontoon, wave runner, paddle board and paddle boat rentals.

Wood's Supermarket is a great close grocery option only 2.3 miles from the house.
